Our Response to Covid 19
At the Wheel Doctor Ltd, the wellbeing of both our staff and customers is of paramount importance, as a team, we have taken the steps to ensure that we can remain open safely whilst adhering strictly to the latest health and safety guidelines.
Below are some of the steps that we have implemented to help In tackling coronavirus and what is expected of both employees and customers on-site.
- Keep a minimum distance of 2 metres away from people on site
- We have implemented contactless processes where we can, where we cannot ensure that all touchpoints are regularly wiped down.
- All staff are adhering to government guidelines on regular handwashing at our on-site facilities.
- Prior to entering your vehicle, all touchpoints will be wiped down, staff will be provided with clean gloves and mask.
- Clean seat covers and floor mats will be used in your vehicle. Vehicles can be have an anti-bacteria fog at additional expense.
