- All vehicles must be supplied with the locking wheel nut for removing and fitting the wheels.
- Lock in nut removal will be charged at the customers expense.
- The wheel doctor accepts no responsibility for goods or articles left in the vehicle.
- Where the wheel bolts have been forced into hubs and rounded this will be rectified at the customers expense.
- The Wheel Doc are not in any way responsible for resetting any vehicle computers for monitoring tyre pressures. Owners should refer to their vehicle manual for this manual for this function.
- Where Wheel Doc refits wheels to the customers vehicle our staff will ensure that the wheel bolts are correctly torqued using appropriate tools. Customers are, however responsible for re-checking wheel bolts after an initial bedding in period of a maximum of 50 miles and at regular points therefore as a part of a standard maintenance routine.
- The Wheel Doc does not accept responsibility for damage to the valves or sensors within a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) Where the valve cap or retaining nut has become damaged or corroded, or fused to the valve or where the valve stem rubber fails on extraction.
- If The Wheel Doc are unable to remove (TPMS) system without damage and the components require replacement this will be at the customer’s expense.
- Any courier contracted by The Wheel doctor ltd will carry adequate insurance.
- Vehicles/ wheels will not be realised until payments have been made in full.
- Any complaints should be sent in writing (including email) within 48 hours after you have collected your vehicles or wheels.
- The Wheel Doc may refuse to refit any tyres deemed to be unsafe or perished.
- Damaged hubs where wheel bolt holes have been rounded this will be Replaced the customers expense.
- Please be aware that certain high gloss finishes, show blemishes more readily (depending on the condition of the wheels). We cannot guarantee a ‘perfect’ finish, however we do guarantee to improve the look of your wheels.
- The Wheel Doctor shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to goods or articles left in vehicles, or damage or mechanical fault of any vehicle (other than obvious damage which was not recorded when the vehicle was checked in) such as flat battery, clutch slipping, etc, caused to your vehicle whilst in the care of The Wheel Doctor except for damage caused by our negligence. The Wheel Doctor will not accept liability for the cost of repairing or replacing parts of your vehicle and in particular The Wheel Doctor will not accept liability for any technical or structural damage to the wheels where such damage occurs due to pre-existing faults and/or wear and tear unless The Wheel Doctor has been negligent in not realising that such damage may occur or in the way the work was carried out.
